Become a Member of the Key Club

Key Club Service gives you confidence and more flexibility. It allows us limited access to your home to pick up and deliver, care for your property or oversee repairs. Time-Masters is insured and we guard all your information. If you do not opt into the Key Club, most services are still available, but restrictions may apply. For example, grocery orders should be limited to non-perishable items if we’re leaving them on your porch.

Time-Masters is a scheduling specialist, and we aim never to wait around (adding time to your bill). We are paged and arrive within a few minutes of deliveries. We arrange to meet trades people and grant them access to perform tasks. We act as your manager if you desire, or oversee entrance and exit functions.

You can opt into the Key Club when you create your account, or update your profile.

Pharmacy Pre-Authorization

If you ask us to pick up medication on your behalf, it is best to have formal pre-authorization. A pre-authorization form from your pharmacy will need to be completed before Time-Masters can pick up medications.

Release to Supervise other Vendors

We can monitor repair work and grant access to people you hire to work on your property. These may be people we refer or professionals you secure yourself. In both cases, we request a release before granting other parties access to your home. You will ask you to complete and return this form when you request pertinent services. click Here to Download PDF
