Time-Masters Membership Benefits
We invite everyone to consider membership and are happy to introduce you to our services through the Pay-As-You-Go option. By becoming a Member, you have access to the full compliment of Time-Masters services, including Errand Services, Additional Services, Personal Assistant Services and Property Management Services. You also have the right to request any other legal, moral and ethical service you may need.
Membership includes eight hours of service at a reduced rate. We will be on stand-by to support you whenever the need may arise. Time-Masters people give you the sense that you have a staff dedicated to alleviating the stresses of daily life. Some families might only need our help for two or three hours a month. We’re here whenever you need us.
The other benefits to you include:- Complimentary personal reminder service - As you complete the introductory profile, you can volunteer the birth dates and special anniversary dates for your family and friends. In turn, we will provide you with a discreet reminder.
- A reliable contingency plan to delegating unplanned tasks; like emergency repairs or preparations for an unexpected trip.
- The option of Key Club Service to ensure your home is safe when you are away, etc...
- Easy-to-read monthly statements clearly showing the services provided and the time used.
- The right to request special assistance in circumstances not outlined on this site. (Within company policy.)
- And... Free time to relax and enjoy personal interests and activities with family and friends.
Our Fees Explained
You have access to four distinct service categories and two payment options.
The Pay-As-You-Go Option
Errands and Additional Services are available to all clients on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. You may purchase our time in one-hour increments and track the time you have available through your account. Simply log in and check your profile information at any time. Each hour carries a flat fee of $35.00. All services, products, taxes and additional expenses that are incurred as we carry out requests are charged to your credit card at the time of service.
Membership Rates
Membership is the preferred payment option, which grants you full access to all the services offered by Time-Masters. Memberships are often purchased for gift giving. It includes eight hours of prepaid service for $240.00 and comes with many other benefits. (The hourly rate is reduced to $30.00 paid at one time.) Additional hours of service can be requested and are billed to you on a monthly basis.
The cost of goods and services may be paid in cash prior to service, or charged to your credit card at the time of service. You will receive an itemized accounting within 7-14 days after your current billing cycle ends. Projects requiring extensive time and incurred cost require consultation.
