6. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, as they apply to agreements made and solely performed therein. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Pennsylvania, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

This Site and these Terms and Conditions of Use may be changed by Time-Masters with or without notice. Please review this page on a regular basis for any such changes. Continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the change.
Products / Services Restrictions
1. Cost of goods/services and taxes are not included in Time-Masters hourly rate or memberships.
2. Portal to portal charges apply to all requests made outside Time-Masters coverage area.
3. Time-Masters is restricted from transporting clients in T-M vehicles*. Time Master's personnel may drive client vehicles if covered by client's insurance.
4. Services are restricted to Time-Master's Service area described on web site. Services that can be performed via internet, telephone or fax will be considered.
5. Normal operating hours are 7AM to 6PM Monday thru Friday.
6. After hours and weekend services available, by prior scheduling. These services will incur premium rates.
7. Customers may request services from suppliers other than Time-Masters pre-approved vendors; however these vendors must accept charge cards as payment methods or have previously entered compensation arrangements with the Client directly.
8. Immediate family is considered spouse and children under the age of 18 living at home.
The above restrictions are company policy, as with any policy due consideration will be given to customer request. *Those restriction imposed on Time-Masters can not be Altered*.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take privacy very seriously. We handle your personal information as we wish others would handle ours. TimeMastersNEPA.COM does not share, sell or lease unsolicited mail or email regarding new promotions or sales.
